We offer a range of frozen items to purchase at our Sai Ying Pun and Sai Kung branch, currently unavailable in Happy Valley.
We encourage customers to bring their own containers, especially for large quantities, as we only provide paper bags and small jars for sale. Additionally, customers may choose to bring their own cool bag to keep things chilled on the way home.

Cooking instructions for our frozen selection
BEYOND BURGER
Pan
Preheat grill or non-stick pan to medium-high heat and cook for about 4 minutes per side. Do not overcook. Edge and interior of patty may still be red or pink when fully cooked. Cook time may vary depending on equipment. Always cook to an internal temperature of 74°C.
Use as mince by breaking up into chunks after defrosting and pan-frying.
Not recommended to microwave, boil or deep fry

BEYOND SAUSAGE
Griddle
Set non-stick griddle at max temperature (232-246°C), cook for about 7 minutes, turning frequently. Cook time may vary depending on equipment. Always cook to an internal temperature of 74°C.
Grill
Pre-heat covered grill to 260°C. Lightly brush sausages with oil, grill for about 6 minutes, turning halfway through.
Pan
Heat a non-stick pan to medium-high heat and cook for 6 minutes, turning halfway through.
Use as mince by breaking up into chunks after defrosting and pan-frying.

‘TEMPEHOLA’ TEMPEH
How to store tempeh:
- Refrigerator (0-4ºC): 5 days
- Freezer (below -12ºC): 3 months
How to defrost tempeh:
- Overnight in refrigerator OR
- Steam for 5-10 min
- Once defrosted, consume within 1 hour at room temp.
Cooking:
- Tempeh is super versatile and it absorbs flavours well.
- Slice, dice, or mince tempeh and use in a variety of ways.

'BLENDIT' FROZEN BAGELS
Toaster
Defrost until soft enough to cut and toast until golden brown.
Oven
Reheat for 6-8 minutes in a pre-heated oven from frozen at 180 degrees (160 if fan assisted).
Microwave
Defrost until soft enough. Sprinkle the bagel with water and microwave it for 30 seconds.
Electric hot plate
Cut it half, place in frying pan, cover to retain heat & moisture and cook on a low/medium heat until warm all the way through.
