How does it work?

You can browse through our online catalog and add products into your cart. Currently the prices online are per gram for most bulk items, as this is how we calculate it in store. However, there are certain minimums for different type of products - this is shown as the first line in the product description.

We have several delivery options available, you can find more information here. Choose the shipping option most suitable for you and check out! After you place your order we will do our best to pack it as soon as possible and email/whatsapp you once it is either available to pick-up in store, or once it has been sent from our shop.

Packaging

When products in bulk are ordered online, we will pack them for you with an additional $30 packing fee. This covers the service of our staff packing bulk items and the cost of the paper bags for your items. We currently only have one packaging option: paper bags sealed with a metal staple. We will write on the bags which products are inside.

Please we reminded that we do not provide any plastic packaging, so we are unable to send our full range of products that are available in-store, this includes chilled/frozen goods and chocolate due to warm weather.

For cleaning liquids we only have one option of the 5L plastic bottle, which can we returned to us next time you visit our store.

If you are ordering lifestyle products for pick-up that do not require packing, you can choose the ‘Non-food items pick-up’ option upon check out, no packing fee will be charged.

Available stock

While we try our best for products made available online to be directly reflective of store stock, sometimes stock availability is not accurate. If a product you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you ASAP to let you know before we pack your order to see if you want to proceed with the rest of your order. Any differences will be refunded or exchanged for another product of your choice.
