When you place an order, we ask for your name, email address, payment information, phone and address details. This information is required in order to process your request and inform you of the status of your order.

During checkout, you will have the option to register as a member.  Benefits of membership include ease of tracking your order progress and history online, saving time and effort entering delivery details each time you checkout, and receiving emails containing information on special rewards and promotions for members and new product arrivals. 

After placing an order online, we will provide you with confirmation that your order has been received. Should there be an issue with your order, one of our Customer Services team will contact you either by phone or email. You will receive an additional email when your order is dispatched.

Once you begin the check out process, web pages are protected by Secure Sockets Layer. Credit card information is entered securely on the site of the payment processor, and Live Zero does not see, save or store your credit card information.
