Nevertheless, we are happy to help if you have any questions or concerns.
Q: I still have some oil left in my container, should I wash it first?
A: For glass donations, we do not take oil bottles unless they are absolutely clean and dry, as it is sometimes very difficult to remove oil residue.
For refill purposes, it is up to personal preference if you want to refill into a container you are currently using, or has residue remaining. If you choose to refill containers which have something remaining from a previous shopping, please make sure you weigh them again!
For essential oil refills, try to stick with one bottle per oil. However, if you are okay with mixing essential oils, it is also unnecessary to rinse bottle before refills.

Q: Is your shop pet-friendly?
A: As much as we adore fluffy friends, our shops are not pet-friendly, due to restrictions imposed by the Hong Kong Legislative Council [Food Business Regulation (Cap.132X)]. But make sure we know how cute your fluffy friends are!
