Local Orders (Hong Kong)
Please add items to your cart and then enter your address at checkout to choose your preferred delivery option.
We will try our best to pack your items within 1 working day of receiving your order, depending on stock availability in-store. If an item requires transferring between shops or is out of stock, we will email or whatsapp you ASAP for further instruction.
Currently, we are only able to pack and send out online orders on Tue-Fri. Orders received late Friday, over the weekend and on Monday will be sent out on the coming Tuesday. We are also unable to send out orders if there is bad weather (shop closed due to T8 or black rain), orders will be processed ASAP when we return. If for some reason there is a delay, we will contact you ASAP.
For urgent shipments and special requests please let us know via whatsapp so we can make sure we have the items on hand and able to arrive at upon your requested time.
We use GOGOX and LALAMOVE courier for our same/next day delivery option, prices are subject to change depending on delivery location.

Some locations are out-of-service areas for either SF Express or Courier service, if we find that this is the case for your order, we will check for other options and contact you ASAP.
Unfortunately, in some cases we may need to request for extra delivery fee or cancel your order due to high delivery costs, this also applies to Free Delivery orders. This is subject to Live Zero's discretion.
International Orders
We are happy to ship lifestyle goods internationally. Please add items to your cart and then your delivery location to see delivery charges.
Delivery is generally between 7-14 business days depending on your location. We ship via services provided by HK post, so you will receive a tracking number via email. If you would prefer a faster shipping option, please let us know before or as a note in your order as we will need to adjust the shipping pricing.
International customers are responsible to pay any import duty, foreign taxes or fees payable upon importation of their order into the destination country.
Order Confirmation
Once you place your order online, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to you acknowledging the receipt of your order. If you have selected pick-up in store, we will Whatsapp or email you when your order is packed and ready to pick-up.
Delivery Procedure
Once your items are packed and ready to ship, we will email/Whatsapp you the tracking information if it is available. SF Express or the courier service may call before arrival to check if you are available to receive the package, otherwise you can tell them to leave it at your door or another location.
Cancelling
Orders of in-stock items may be cancelled if you contact us before they are dispatched. Once they are en route, return and exchange policies apply.
Returns and Exchanges
We can offer exchange or store-credit for unused and unopened items within 2 weeks of purchase and with an online receipt. If there is a manufacturing fault with your product, you can bring it back for an exchange or refund within 2 weeks.
Returns, exchanges or credits are on case-by-case basis.
Can I return reusable face mask / menstrual products for an exchange or refund?
Due to hygiene reasons, these products cannot be returned or exchanged. Of course, if there is a manufacturing fault with your product, you are welcome to the return the items back to store for a full refund.
