We offer a range of chilled and frozen products to purchase at Live Zero Sai Ying Pun.
We encourage customers to bring their own containers, especially for large quantities, as we only provide small compostable bags, paper bags and small jars for sale. Additionally, customers may choose to bring their own cool bag to keep things chilled on the way home.

Cooking instructions for our frozen selection
Preheat grill or non-stick pan to medium-high heat and cook for about 4 minutes per side. Do not overcook. Edge and interior of patty may still be red or pink when fully cooked. Cook time may vary depending on equipment. Always cook to an internal temperature of 74°C.
Use as mince by breaking up into chunks after defrosting and pan-frying.
Not recommended to microwave, boil or deep fry. Not recommended to re-freeze after defrosting.

BEYOND SAUSAGE (Vegan)
Always cook to an internal temperature of 74°C. Not recommended to re-freeze after defrosting.
Griddle
Set non-stick griddle at max temperature (232-246°C), cook for about 7 minutes, turning frequently. Cook time may vary depending on equipment.
Grill
Pre-heat covered grill to 260°C. Lightly brush sausages with oil, grill for about 6 minutes, turning halfway through.
Pan
Heat a non-stick pan to medium-high heat and cook for 6 minutes, turning halfway through.
Use as mince by breaking up into chunks after defrosting and pan-frying.

BEYOND STEAK PIECES (Vegan)
Keep frozen, cook from frozen. Cook times may vary. Always cook to an internal temperature of 74ºC. Not recommended for microwave or oven. Not recommended to re-freeze after defrosting.
Skillet
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly oil skillet. Add frozen Beyond Steak and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Season to your liking and enjoy.
Air-fryer
In a single layer, add frozen Beyond Steak to air fryer basket. Set air fryer temperature to 170ºC and time to 4-5 minutes and cook. Season to your liking and enjoy.

BUCKWHEAT SOURDOUGH BREAD
Defrost 30 mins at room temp (up to 24 hours in fridge), oven at 180-190ºC for 16-18 mins.
Refreezing after defrosting is not recommended, but some of our customers defrost until the loaf can be cut, and store back in freezer afterwards.

CREAMY CROISSANT
Defrost 30-45 mins at room temp (up to 24 hours in fridge), oven at 170ºC for 16 mins. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

PLAIN BAGEL
Defrost 45 mins at room temp (up to 24 hours in fridge), oven at 180ºC for 3-5 mins or cut in half and toast. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

TOMATO AND OLIVE LATTICE
Defrost 30-45 mins at room temp (up to 24 hours in fridge), oven at 170-180ºC for 18-20 mins. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Do not defrost. Oven at 190ºC for 8-12 mins.

Defrost 1 hour at room temp (up to 24 hours in fridge). Do not refreeze once defrosted.

How to store tempeh:
- Refrigerator (0-4ºC): 5 days
- Freezer (below -12ºC): 3 months
How to defrost tempeh:
- Overnight in refrigerator OR
- Steam for 5-10 min
- Once defrosted, consume within 1 hour at room temp.
Cooking:
- Tempeh is super versatile and it absorbs flavours well.
