More closely related to Black Pepper than you would think. In fact, it's a purer form of it! White Pepper is shelled Black Pepper, and imparts a lovely mellow spice without the stronger pepper flavour commonly found in Black Pepper. Our variety comes from Vietnam / Indonesia depending on the season - both these peppers carry a wonderful fragrance that highly complements seafood, eggs, beans and vegetables alike.
