SAVOURY 鹹粽
將炒香的糯米與紫米,包裹著香菇、五香眉豆餡、花生、栗子,以麻油添香加上自家調味配方,今年請記得要來個豐盛滿足的純素粽。
Ingredients: Thai glutinous rice, Thai organic purple rice, mung beans, black eye beans, peanuts, shiitake mushrooms, chestnuts, ginger, dried onions, organic sunflower seed oil, soy sauce, five-spice powder, sand ginger powder, shiitake mushroom powder, sesame oil, salt, sugar.

新研發!使用農家自製的金黃色天然灰水(梘水)、糯米和自家炒製的豆沙,味道香甜帶有甘香。文化既是傳統又帶著創意,在自製的豆沙中加入橘子粒,清新解膩。感謝古人的飲食智慧,灰水性涼,在端午時節吃點甜便更消暑解熱了。

💚 Five-Grain Black-Eyed Peas and Chestnut Dumplings / 五穀眉豆栗子粽
💚 Farmers' Orange and Red Bean Dumplings / 農家橘子豆沙梘水粽
Storage: Please transfer the frozen rice dumpling into an airtight container for longer storage. Refrigerate at 0-4°C for up to 7 days; freeze at -18°C for up to 30 days.
How to eat: Fully cover the frozen dumplings (including leaf wrapper) with cold water in a pot, and bring the water to a boil. Once boiling, turn to medium heat and continue heating for 20 minutes. Alternatively, for a shorter heating time, thaw dumplings in the refrigerator the night before.
儲存方法:
澱粉質容易吸收雪櫃味道,建議回家後放入密實容器內。冷藏0至4°C:7天,冷凍-18°C:30天
食用方法: 將冷凍粽子放入冷水中加熱,水需淹過粽子。加熱至水滾後,轉中火再持續加熱20分鐘即可食用。如提前一天放在冷藏隔解凍,可減少翻熱時間。

Storage: Please transfer the rice dumplings into airtight containers to prevent drying out. Refrigerate at 0-4°C for up to 7 days.
How to eat:
- Frozen: Remove from the refrigerator. Let it sit at room temperature for 15-30 minutes before eating for best texture.
- Hot: Remove from the refrigerator. Steam with the dumpling leaves on for 4 minutes and enjoy immediately.
儲存方法:建議放入密實容器內再放入雪櫃(chilled 0-4ºC),這樣不易抽乾水份,建議一星期內享用
食用方法:
- 凍食:從雪櫃取出,於室溫放置15-30分鐘後食用更佳。
- 熱食:從雪櫃取出,連粽葉蒸4分鐘後,即時享用。
