DESCRIPTION

Shiitake mushroom powder is ground semi-fine and will melt on cooking in liquids. Add to soups, noodle broths (like Pho), cream sauces and have a subtle earthy savoury note. 

Our shiitake mushroom powder is made fresh in Hong Kong by grinding whole dried shiitake mushrooms in-house so we can be sure of purity and quality.

Dried shiitake mushrooms are powerful and commonly used for adding flavour to traditional chinese broth and stocks.
