Garlic Granules can be used to conveniently add a garlic flavour to dishes. Garlic granules are made from dehydrated garlic, and when stored correctly can be highly flavourful, and a good substitute for fresh garlic. One of the main advantages of granulated garlic is how seamlessly it melts into sauces, often making them even better than fresh garlic! It has the consistency of table salt, which makes it less likely than garlic powder to clump.
