We rarely use cream, or milk for curries (we use them a lot elsewhere!) so the flavour from the spices come through much stronger. This is because of the lack of a liquid base. For new taste buds, we suggest using this Mildcurry mix, as opposed to other curry powders which may be overwhelmingly spicy, and not as equally balanced in flavours. This Curry Powder is perfect for Indian as well as Malaysian and Chinese fusion curries.

Technical Notes

Ingredients: Cardamom, Cinnamon, Chilli, Cloves, Coriander, Cumin, Fenugreek, Ginger, Mace, Black Pepper, Salt, Turmeric

Usage: Add at the very beginning of cooking with a teaspoon of oil for an indian or malaysian style curry. This curry powder is mild, and perfect for any vegetables.
