A simple seasoning of our five-spice powder in the whole form, mixed with black peppercorns, salt, and sugar to create a traditional Chinese bringing mix, suitable for all kinds of seafood and most meats. This is best for whole fish commonly found in southern China where the blend was developed.


Ingredients: Black Peppercorns, Star Anise, Cloves, Cinnamon Cassia, Fennel Seed, Ginger, Sea Salt, Sugar

Usage: Mix 40 grams per 1 Litre of liquid to make your brining solution. Use enough brining solution to fully submerge your meat/fish. Let it sit underwater for 2 hours per 1kg of meat. Then remove, scrape off the brine, and cook.
