Adzuki Beans (Known as Mung Red Beans) are a good source of magnesium, potassium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese and B vitamins. Adzuki Beans are also low in calories and fat, yet high in nutrition.

How to cook
- Soak in water for 1-2 hours, then drain water to replace with fresh water and bring the beans to boil in a pot with lid.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer. Leave it for about an hour or until tender.
