Adzuki Beans (Known as Mung Red Beans) are a good source of magnesium, potassium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese and B vitamins. Adzuki Beans are also low in calories and fat, yet high in nutrition.

How to cook

  1. Soak in water for 1-2 hours, then drain water to replace with fresh water.
  2. Bring the beans to boil in a pot with lid.
  3. Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for an hour or until tender.
