Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, water.

Cooking instruction: Bring a pot of water (salt optional) to a boil. Add dried pasta. Stir until the water returns to a boil. Cook for 8~9 minutes. Test for doneness at this point. If you like your pasta very firm (al dente) or are going to be simmering in pasta sauce, check and drain even sooner.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight.
