DESCRIPTION
Tandoor means created in the hot tandoor oven, capable of reaching over 500 degrees celcius, but ordinary grills and ovens work just fine too. 

Technical Notes

Ingredients: Carom Seeds, Kashmiri Chilli, Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Cassia Cinnamon, Mace, Cardamom, Cloves, Star Anise, Turmeric

Usage: A fiery mix for dishes that are cooked at high temperatures: grilling, barbecuing and in a hot tandoori oven. Pair with fresh lemon juice to serve.
