Attach to a wide-mouth canning jar with a jar band and slice directly into your jar. The slicer lid has a single, wide tooth for slicing veggies! Perfect for jar enthusiasts, simple living, camping, and for use on-the-go. Made of 18-8 food-grade 304 stainless steel and FDA-approved silicone.

Please note that the Jar Band is NOT included. A jar band is necessary to attach an EcoJarz lid. It works just like a canning jar lid. You can use a standard tin jar band that comes with a mason jar. 

This lid is designed to fit Wide Mouth mason jars – please check your jars to make sure this lid will fit. Your jar should measure approx. 76.2mm (3 inches) across the top. This item will not fit the smaller, regular-mouth mason jars, which measure approx. 63.5mm (2.5 inches) across the rim.

Wash your new EcoJarz Slicer thoroughly with soap and water before use. Dry them and your tin jar bands well after washing and store in a dry place to avoid rust.
