The famous Harissa sauce, condensed to its purest form. Harissa tastes of strong spice and garlic, and is one of the most popular sauces in the Middle East, but very difficult to find, and hard to store. You can make your own fresh batch of Harissa in seconds using our spice mix, and use it for just about anything.

Technical Notes

Ingredients: Caraway, Chillies, Coriander seed, Cumin seed, Garlic, Lime, Onion, Paprika, Salt

Usage: Mix 1 part Harissa Spices with 1 part olive oil. Use as a dip for bread, or as a hot all-purpose spice rub for meats and vegetables before cooking.
