10ml once daily provides 10 vitamins and 6 minerals: Vitamin A, B1, B2, Niacin, B6, Biotin, B12, C, D, E, Iodine, Iron, Manganese, Molybdenum, Selenium and Zinc.

Vitamin C, D and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamins B1 and B2 contribute to the normal function of the nervous system. Vitamin B12 and iron contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Niacin and biotin contribute to normal energy yielding metabolism. Vitamin E and zinc contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Dosage directions: Adults take 10ml once daily, preferably during or after a meal.

Every bottle includes a small clear plastic measuring cap/cup that fits over the lid.
