Ingredients: Iodised salt: 39%, soya and corn protein extract for stock, dehydrated porcini mushroom: 15%, dehydrated vegetables in variable proportion (onion, carrot, garlic, celery, parsley, tomato): 16%, corn oil.

Instruction: Ideal for enhancing the flavour of risottos, pasta, roast meats, sauces, gravies, soups and escalopes, by adding the desired amount. The product dissolves instantly.

For broth, dissolve 1 teaspoon (4g) of Bauer Porcini Mushroom Stock Granules in 250ml of hot water and stir.
