Long Jing (Dragon Well) tea is a prestigious, pan-roasted Chinese green tea renowned for its flat, smooth, and emerald-green leaves, sweet, mellow, and nutty (chestnut) flavor. As a top-tier tea with Imperial history, it is typically plucked in spring, offering rich antioxidants and amino acids. 

How to Brew:

Use 1 teaspoon per person, pour 75°C water directly over tea leaves, brew for 2-3 minutes. Tips: Avoid boiling water to prevent bitterness.
