Making the Switch? Here’s What You Need:

If you're building your first cloth pad routine, we recommend starting with a set of 6 to 8 pads for a full cycle (or 4 to 6 if you plan to wash mid-cycle), which includes 2 Small (for light flow or back-up), 4 Medium (for regular daytime wear), and 2 Large (for heavy days and overnight protection).

Care Instructions:

• Rinse immediately with cold water. Soak in cold water if needed to loosen stains.
• Machine wash cold with mild detergent (no fabric softeners or chlorine bleach).
• Air dry only. DO NOT tumble dry.
• for stubborn stains, soak overnight with Sodium Percarbonate (Oxygen Bleach) or spot-treat with 3% hydrogen peroxide before washing.

Sizes:

• Small (20cm): for light flow, as panty liner, or as backup when used with a menstrual cup
• Medium (25cm): for regular daytime wear
• Large (30cm): for heavy flow and overnight wear
