DESCRIPTION
Use Dessicated Coconut as a garnish for dals, cookies and pastries. Dessicated Coconut is also a great ingredient to use in making cakes, crab cakes, and curries. We also love to sprinkle some on top of a lovely Thai curry for that extra bit of sweet luxury.
