The word Cardamom is synonymous with exotic spices, and rightly so - it's one of the most expensive and the most flavourful! These Cardamom is sourced from its ancient home at the Himalayas, and contain a variety of flavours not found in any other varieties, such as the cheaper white and black pods. The aroma and taste is much more pleasant, and intensely strong. Perfectly pairs with all sweet dishes, and can also be used to cleverly add a depth of flavour to savoury food.

Cooking Notes

Flavour: Warm Sweetness, Lemon, Floral, Mint, Pepper

Usage: Use the spice directly, no need to grind.

Optional tip: Peel off skin with your fingers, use only the black seeds inside.
