Free from added sugar, fat, egg, yeast and dairy, it is made to a simple, nourishing recipe. Crafted without preservatives, it is a wholesome cake that makes a fruity and satisfying snack or teatime treat.

Long Shelf Life
Everfresh Natural Foods' long shelf life is not due to preservatives but to a clever combination of pasteurisation and packaging. In addition, all of their products can be frozen.
Storage
Store Everfresh Natural Food products in a cool, dark and dry space until you're ready to consume them. Once opened, they should be stored in an airtight container, preferably in the fridge, and used within 2-3 days.
Top Tip
Slice the cakes and freeze the slices for use as required, taking slices straight from the freezer and toasting them as needed.
