Starting from the outer corner of your eye, work inwards with small dashes, smudging with your finger or a brow brush if desired. Plus, this little number is small enough to hide in your back pocket.

APPLICATION

Eyes: Start at the outer corner of the eye and apply short dashes as you draw a line along the lash line. Use the angle of Elate's Bamboo Brow Brush or fingertip to smudge, if desired.

Brows: Using hair-like flicks, use Elate’s Bamboo Brow Brush to fill in the brows to create your desired brow shape.
