將青檸,蕃茄,尖紅椒和香茅等酸辣的食材放在一起,熬制出一道色澤鮮艷,味道鮮美的湯。本身這醬汁亦需要乾蔥、鱼露和蝦殼提鲜,但素食不能引用以上材料, 為了填補原有鹹香味,亦引用 Jeffery 獨有配方而不含味精和菇粉製作而成,除葷食者外同樣能讓素食者和不食五辛者都能品嚐這道泰國風味。 冬蔭功湯是泰國國湯之外有驅濕作用,有很好的滋陰的作用,對於提高體質來說效果不錯,而且還可以有保護腸胃的作用和驅寒養胃的效果。
