This Rainbow Peppercorn blend is a colourful mix of black, white, green, and pink peppercorns so you can have a taste of just how great fresh peppercorns can be. Black and White Peppercorns carry the more peppery traditional flavour, with an intense earthiness and a hint of mild citrus. Green Peppercorns are lighter and sharper tasting. Pink Peppercorns have more of a sweet, fruity flavour and are very mild.

Use these together wherever you would use normal peppercorns for a more exotic flavour. It tastes especially great freshly cracked.
