Ingredients: Unbleached Organic Flour, Water, Organic Egg, Edible alkali (Kansui), Organic Fair Trade Turmeric

Cooking instructions:

1. Put noodles into boiling water.
2. Use chopsticks or a fork to loosely separate the strands for even cooking.
3. Cook for 1-2 mins, adjust cooking time depending on preference.
4. Serve in broth or strained and mixed with sauce.
