It is made with an original Japanese recipe and contains key ingredients of sushi making. Simply add this well balanced blend of brown rice vinegar, mirin and soya sauce to cooked rice, and mix gently whilst the rice is still hot. It can be also used for marinades or salad dressings.

To prepare sushi rice, add approx. 1 tbsp per 230g of cooked rice, slightly cooled.
