An Indian and Middle Eastern Spice Rack staple, Fenugreek seeds are used to add nutty and sweet notes to many curries and stews. Gently fry to release the flavour, or grind and use like any other spice powder.

Flavour: Nutty, Celery, Maple Syrup

Usage: Fry seeds directly in hot oil to release their flavours, use as a base for dals, curries. Or grind, and use fenugreek flour for cooking.
