Black Cumin is a bitter spice, used sparingly to add an intense depth of flavour to food. It's best used to flavour liquors, spice rubs and bread. Use in small quantities, this exotic spice goes a long way!

Usage: Use the spice directly, no need to grind. Black Cumin can be used for cooking breads, tea, and ethnic desserts. Use with care, it's quite bitter!
