13 Bean Soup Mix is a delicious way to include the health benefits of beans in your diet. Beans are high in fiber, rich in protein, low in fat and contain no cholesterol. We have selected a unique, complementary blend of beans for soups and chilies with exceptionally rich flavor and wholesome, stick-to-your-rib heartiness.

How to cook

(add onions, celery, carrots, potatoes, herbs & spices, ham hock, kale etc. )

- Rinse & sort the beans, then add water to beans to boil
- Cover & simmer for about 30 minutes then add the remaining ingredients; bring to boil.
- Reduce heat; cover and simmer again for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until beans are tender.
